These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to mathgridspace.com (the "Site") and your use of home improvement, remodeling, repair, and related services offered by MathGrid Space ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, submitting forms, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our Services.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you interact with the Site on behalf of a property owner, landlord, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you and for all activities conducted under your account or email correspondence.
MathGrid Space provides residential and light commercial property improvement services, which may include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work performed by licensed subcontractors where required, painting, flooring, exterior repairs, and project management. Specific scope, materials, timelines, and pricing are defined in written proposals or contracts executed for each project ("Service Agreement"). These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any signed Service Agreement.
Information on the Site—including pricing examples, galleries, and blog posts—is for general illustration. It is not a binding offer until confirmed in a signed proposal.
Initial estimates are based on visible conditions and information you provide. Hidden conditions discovered during work (such as mold, faulty wiring, or structural deficiencies) may require change orders with revised pricing and schedule. You agree to provide safe access to work areas, utilities, and decision-makers when needed.
Scheduling is subject to weather, permit approvals, material availability, and crew safety. We will communicate delays promptly and propose revised milestones when possible.
Unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement, payment schedules may include a deposit to secure scheduling, progress payments tied to inspection points, and a final balance due upon substantial completion. Late payments may pause work and incur reasonable administrative fees as permitted by law. You are responsible for permit fees, rush shipping on owner-selected materials, and third-party inspections unless explicitly included in writing.
Displayed package prices on the Site are starting points and may not include all labor, materials, or disposal costs applicable to your property.
Any modification to scope, materials, or timeline must be documented in a written change order signed or electronically approved by you before additional work proceeds. Verbal requests may be acknowledged for convenience but are not binding until confirmed in writing.
We warrant that Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable building codes. Manufacturer warranties apply to products we install; we will pass through applicable documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SERVICE AGREEMENT, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not guarantee specific increases in property value, energy savings, or resale outcomes resulting from improvements.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATHGRID SPACE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathGrid Space from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or interference with our personnel or subcontractors, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout—is owned by MathGrid Space or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Project photos taken by our team may be used in portfolios and marketing unless you opt out in writing before photography occurs.
When you submit forms, reviews, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that your submissions are accurate and do not violate third-party rights.
Email and SMS communications related to projects or marketing are governed by your preferences and applicable law. Use the unsubscribe page to opt out of promotional messages.

We may recommend or install products from third-party manufacturers. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond assisting with warranty claims as reasonably requested. Delivery delays from suppliers are outside our control but we will help coordinate alternatives when feasible.
When permits are required, we will identify them in your proposal and either obtain them on your behalf or advise you of owner-pull options. You agree to cooperate with inspections. Work may pause if required permits are not secured or if stop-work orders are issued by authorities.
Cancellation terms are specified in your Service Agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable after materials are ordered or schedules are reserved. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible to minimize impact on crew allocation.
We prefer to resolve concerns informally. Please contact us through the Site contact form or email legal@mathgridspace.com before initiating formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith. Any litigation shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in your Service Agreement or, if silent, in the county where the project property is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the project property, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection laws of your residence mandate otherwise.
We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective Date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Service Agreements in progress remain subject to the Terms in effect at signing unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any executed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and general Services, superseding prior oral or written understandings on those subjects.
